This is a very simple recipe for one of my favorite meat marinades! Whether for meal prepping ahead for my lunch menu or preparing a dinner, I’ve been making a notable effort to marinade meats ahead of cooking to add a tremendous boost in flavor.

This specific recipe reminds me of the subtle flavor of Japanese karaage, or Japanese fried chicken. Both use a similar marinade and it makes the meat, whether chicken or pork taste so delicious, and juicy!

Let me know in the comments below if you tried the recipe and if you have any variations you’d like to share! 🙂
